The Certified Digital Loss Assessment Expert Program Concludes with Broad Arab Participation

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop professional talent in the Arab insurance sector and integrate modern technology into technical processes, Infinity Global Management Consulting announced the successful conclusion of its specialized training program, "Certified Digital Loss Assessment Expert," which was held virtually via Zoom from May 10-14, 2026.

The program witnessed a remarkable turnout and distinguished participation from leading technical professionals in major Arab insurance companies, including: Jihan Insurance Company (Iraq), Doha Insurance Company (Qatar), Kuwait Insurance Company (Kuwait), and Arrow International Insurance Company (Iraq).

The program was presented by international training expert Mustafa Elsayed, and the training focused on the qualitative shift from traditional inspection methods to innovative digital approaches. The program addressed the mechanisms for using artificial intelligence, big data, and modern technologies such as drones and satellite imagery to accurately and quickly assess damages. This contributes to enhancing transparency and improving the efficiency of claims settlement. In a statement at the program's conclusion, expert Mostafa Elsayed emphasized that preparing a generation of certified digital assessors has become an urgent necessity to keep pace with global developments in the insurance industry, especially with the increasing reliance on technological solutions to reduce time and financial waste in risk and loss assessment.

Participants praised the program's high level of scientific and practical content, affirming that the acquired skills will make a tangible difference in the quality of field and office assessments within their companies, thus serving the interests of policyholders and strengthening the insurance sector in the Arab region.

It is worth noting that this program is part of a series of educational initiatives led by Infinity Global Management Consulting to raise the standards of consulting and training in the Middle East.
